How It Works

Initial Consultation
Your assessment journey begins with a clinical consultation to discuss your concerns, history, and goals. This helps determine the most appropriate assessment pathway.

Personalised Assessment Plan
Following your consultation, you'll receive a tailored assessment plan outlining the recommended assessment(s), expected timeframes, and a detailed fee proposal. There is no obligation to proceed.

Assessment
Assessments are completed over one or more appointments and may include clinical interviews, standardised testing, questionnaires, and review of relevant information.

Comprehensive Report & Feedback
Once complete, you'll receive a detailed psychological report and attend a feedback session where we explain the results, discuss any diagnoses (where applicable), answer your questions, and provide personalised recommendations.

Ongoing Support

Assessment is often the first step towards positive change. We offer ongoing psychological support to help you understand your results, develop practical strategies, and access further treatment or referrals where appropriate.

No referral is required to enquire about or commence the assessment process. If you have a Mental Health Care Plan, you may be eligible for Medicare rebates on the initial consultation and feedback appointment. Medicare rebates generally do not apply to the assessment itself.
